SP14 extraction error

Hi friends

we r planned to upgrde from sp9-sp14 i have downloaded j2ee/ep patches but when Iam extracting the SAR files Iam getting error

1. ./SAPCAR -xvf SAPINST14_1-20000114.SAR

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program ./SAPCAR because of the following errors:

0509-150 Dependent module libsapu16.so could not be loaded.

0509-022 Cannot load module libsapu16.so.

0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exi

st.

can some one can help in this
