Service Order Creation While Move in / Move Out

Hi Experts,

I have made configurations for creating service order while performing move out but I'm still not able to create service orders:

Here is what I have done:

1. Define Control Parameters for Meter Reading - Here, for blank company code, I have checked the 'create service notification' option.

2. In the control parameters for meter reading, I have maintained the option to create service order against 'PM_CONOBJ'

3. Under Work Management->Orders->Allocate Service Objects to orders, I have maintained setting for SM01 against functional location.

However, on moving out, the system is still not creating a service order. Could you please guide if I am missing anything.
