IBP Version (What if) Key Figure Values not displayed in the Excel view

Hi Gurus

The Versions that I created and where I copied data (succesfully) from Baseline is/are not displaying in the Excel Planning View. I dont get any errors message when the merge/copy of data finished. The version status report indicates a significant number of records processed. I checked "User Management", all of it (Restriction Type, Business Catalog and Business Role), and I cant find what the problem might be.

We are using IBP-SOP

Planning View does not display the version (e.g. Budget FY23). The Key Figure in the target scenario is Version Specific. The KF in both Versions is Stored/Editable


I copied/merge the target version.


The status report shows it completed succesfully and reports the number of records processed


The KF exist in the Version created


Double checked that the KF is Version Specific


Checking in User Management. The Version Specific KF are Rea/Write


The corresponding catalog looks ok


And last but not least out of ideas why is this happening I created and assigned to myself a role with all existing catalogs
