Two Select Options for LIKP-ROUTE based on LIKP-VBELN.

Hi Experts,

I want to display two Select Options for LIKP-ROUTE based on VBELN field of LIKP where VBELN is split into New and Old Delivery Number in another Z-Custom Table. Those Two Select-Options will have Route Field from LIKP but One Select Option will correspond to LIKP-Route from Old Delivery Number and another will Correspond to LIKP-Route from New Delivery Number from the Z-Table. Route field is only available in LIKP and not the Z-Table. Please Help!

How can I achieve that using Select Statement and inner joining LIKP and Z-Table?
