Mass Change Purchasing Org. for Non Stock items?

At our Factory we have changed Purchasing departments that are assigned a number per SAP. All of our Non-Stock parts are entered into our BOM under the Functional Location with a set Purchasing Org. My Question is this, is there a way to Mass change all Non-stock materials Purchasing Org? Ex. Say I want to change all Purchasing Org. from 23 to 28.

It seems there is a mass change for everything else, but I am unable to find the Tcode for a specific operation for this issue.

any help is great to eliminate having to open every BOM and changing every part.
