Report Create a Z freight order include delivery information

Hello Guys.

we have a Z program to create a FO , the creation is good, everything is works fine , but when i try to include all the information for delivery nothing happens.

i tried the action add_shipment_item, ADD_FU_BY_BASEID, in hear and item, none of the information was transfer form delivety to our FO.

Some of you guys had this problem, if yes, could you please share how to solve this.
