Integration between the SAP C4C and Monday

Hello,

We are started to work with Monday tasks system.

Our clients are opening all the incidents in the Tasks work center in the C4C.

We want to create a workflow in the C4C system that move the incident details automatically to the Monday system.

The fields we want to update in the Monday is:

1. Task ID

2. Description

3. Created By

4. Prority task

etc

Please let me know if it is possible in the C4C system.
