Email Notification based on report status

Hi Experts,

we have a custom report to check payment status is OK or NOK. we are manually monitoring the report status

and If the status is NOK we have to send email to respective contacts.

Can we automate the monitoring and trigger emails to respective contacts by using any functionality or by using

any external tools.
