Can anyone please tell me about the process of purchasing sap by customer.
Will they approach to the sap or sap consultants

SAP installation or do you want to buy new license?
SAP or authorized suppliers contact the customer to sell their license and products.
After the customer purchase, SAP provide to download or it may provide the CD's.
If customer having the strong SAP BASIS guy will use the CD's or download media supplied by the SAP.
After download start installation.

Hi, Customer can approach directly to SAP to get the license (generally, they need to sign license agreement). Consultants may provide "implementation/support" and advisory services.
