CER006 exam subscription still not active after 3/4 days

Hi Ruthvik,

I have purchased SAP CER006 exam subscription through net banking through NEFT on 3rd August 2022 and shared the them order no, UTR number ,SAPI number name and contact number, and payment receipt from bank, but still today on 7th Aug 2022, my subscription is not active. I have email SAP regarding the issue Have shared all the required details but still there is no reply from SAP, SAP contact number is invalid so I cannot contact them.

Kindly help me how should I contact them or how can I raise ticket for this, I am worried as I have paid 49,000 Rs.

Hello mayur91,

Dont think there are any valid contact number with respect to India. At least as far as I know.

You best option would be to contact them via email. It some times take more than a week. drop an email to training.sap.com email ID. They are backlogged most of the time. Hopefully you should get some resonse by next week.
