availability check KP and OPJJ

HI Experts

availability check is set to KP i.e. no check but still system is considering available stock. I have made change in OPJJ as shown below but still system is considering previous planned order, production order, delivery etc.

User have previous open production order, PR and PO. he want to system planed for next six month and want system to not consider any open PR, PO, production order. They were using Strategy 10 which they change to strategy 11 and mixed mrp as 2. But still they facing availability check issue.

Furthermore in 10 planning strategy (Net requirement planning) system consider old stocks.

In 11 gross requirment planning system not consider old available stocks.
