Protection through service/protectedwebmethods

Hello,

This is more of a question than an issue.
We are trying to see if we can restrict some sapstartsrv commands through the parameter service/protectedwebmethods.

We would want to stop the usage of / restrict the command 'stopsystem' completely even if it is executed by sidadm users. Is it possible to do that using the above parameter?
