Creating Business Partner using FM

I wanted to know how to create a business partner using FM only not BAPI. If I can get a sample code related to this that would be really helpful.

BAPI is usually based on FM, nothing against FM of BAPI?

Or what FM are you talking about?

These are the two fms that i can use but i don't know what values to pass in those parameters.

1. bapi_bupa_fs_create_from_data2

2. bapi_bupa_create_from_data

Can you please provide me with a sample code if you have it.
