Is 2020 census data included in the latest update in Address directories

I have updated sap data services address directories using the following files in July. Do These files hold the latest 2020 census data? 51055595.ZIP, SAPADRDIRUSA4X103_0-20011171.ZIP, SAPUSADGDTM35_0-20011931_P1.EXE, SAPUSADGDTM35_0-20011931_P2.RAR, SAPUSADGDTM35_0-20011931_P3.RAR and SAPUSADGDTM35_0-20011931_P4.RAR

How often should we update these address directories, and what's the release schedule for them?
