How To Test BRF+ Output using oData Service

Hi Experts,

We want change standard Adobe form for a BRF+ output. We have downloaded form from "maintain forms" and created a new service and form. Made changes in SPRO customization. But from where we can trigger that form?

What are the ways to test Adobe Forms those use oData services?
