Fetch FAQ Document Using API - FAQ based Conversational AI chatbot

Hello SAP Community,

Created a FAQ based CAI chatbot and integrated with Slack. It works well for questioners, uploaded manually using 'Upload CSV File' option.

As per requirement, would like to use 'Fetch FAQ Document Using API' option in which CSV file need to be kept in Storage Service 'BOX' directory.

Need your advice on how to configure API service and consume it.
