Application with AWS SDK can't work in SAP Cloud

I create an Application and deploy in SAP Cloud. This application build with Mendix studio pro and AWS SDK. However, this Application can work in Mendix Cloud, but it can't work in SAP Cloud.

Is there any communication limit between SAP Cloud and AWS?
