Appian was not notified Regarding CR Approval.

Dear fellow Community members ,

I came across a requirement where the Appian was not notified that the CR was approved. The CR was created and approved but the Appian didnt get any notification or email regarding approval.

Can anyone help where to check or any idea why this happened?
