Hi Kourtney,
This happens when your Producer is not connected to the Manager.
You can choose to work offline deliberately, orif your network connection to the Manager is cut, or if there is a problem with your authentication, or your session, you may find yourself working offline.
Manager can have a session length - 1 hour is typical, then the session would be dropped. You may have had your network drop, then you would need to re-establish the connection.
You can try clicking on the Go Online button or relaunching your Producer.
