I'm trying to create a simple connection between C4C and Conversation AI with following OData payload via Actions
not able to create service ticket in c4c
Conversational AI chatbots can make use of "webhooks" or "consume API service" features in order to integrate with external systems. The details can be found here. These features are generic, meaning the details which API is called is specific to the use case and the external system being called.
For C4C ticket creation please refer to the C4C API documentation or reach out to the colleagues.
