Hi All
Anyone understand how Base Ratio in Production Order Component is calculated when there is Sub BoM Components? I can't find any documentation Help file at all
Hi Gergely
I finally get the Production Order Base Ratio by dividing SUB BOM Component item Quantity over Finished Goods Item Completed Quantity of the same Sub BOM.
But I not able to see this Production Order Base Ratio from Query Table WOR1?
How can we show this Base Ratio in customised Crystal Report Design?

Dear kedalene.chong,
The definition of the field Base Ratio is documented in the SAP Note 2535601 - Summary of Production Module Enhancements (9.3 PL00 and 9.3 PL01) :
"Production Order – the Base Ratio column was added to represent Base Qty as a fraction. This value is now used in calculations to avoid rounding issues on quantities appearing when a Phantom Item component is used in Bill of Materials or when Planned Quantity is updated in production order headers."
Other useful information regards to the calculation with Base Ratio you can find in the following SAP Note / KBA:
2962133 - Variance Calculation and Variance Report in Production Order
3222393 - Issued Quantity Can Be Different than Planned Quantity in Production Order
