how to create service ticket in c4c via sap Conversational AI chatbot ?
SAP Conversational AI Chatbot that Integrates with sap C4C and in c4c I need create ticket automatically?
Conversational AI chatbots can make use of "webhooks" or "consume API service" features in order to integrate with external systems. The details can be found here. These features are generic, meaning the details which API is called is specific to the use case and the external system being called.
