Group account not mandatory in FSP0

Hello Experts,

We have maintained the group chart of account in the system and maintained it on 0B13 for our operative COA. (S/4 Hana on premise 2021)

But it doesn’t make the group account mandatory during the creation of accounts in the operative COA.

Do you have any Idea about this ?
