Route Determination based on Order Type

Hello everyone,

We're using VA01 T-code for create sales orders. Everytime I tried to save the order, I take an "route" error for every line on the order. Where is the route info come from? Is it possible to define routes based on order types? For exp.; we use 2 types of order determined as Z003 and Z009. If I'm creating an Z003 order, route must be ZTR021, If I'm creating an Z009 order, route must be ZTR000 everytime.

Hi Merve

A route can be determined for every order item. Determining the route in the sales order depends on the following factors: Country and departure zone of the shipping point. Shipping condition from the sales order.

Each order type will cater to particular set of customers & customer will have transportation zone.

We need to map one particular group of customers to same transportation zone so that it will determine same route every time.
