Replacement of BPA with Cloud foundry Job Scheduler for CAP and BTP Workflow manager

Currently, we are using Redwood BPA for our complex job chains and the jobs that trigger based on files showing up at the OS level. We came across this new service "Cloud foundry Job Scheduler service", we would like to know the pros and cons of the new service for replacing with the Redwood.
