Redistributable for crystal report 2019 .net 4.6.1

I am running visual studio 2019 which i installed the crystal report for visual studio 2019 and it is functioning very well. After installing the program on another computer i seem not to be able to find a redistributable crystal report that will much my .net.

Upgrade to SP 32, we only support the latest SP.

And please search fiorst, this question has been asked 100's of time.
