I have a user that's trying to log into our enterprise folder in crystal reports to save a report there so she can go to the bi portal and schedule it. When she's logging in with her AD creds for the enterprise folder and hits enter, nothing happens. The password is still populated, there's no error, she just can't get past the login screen. Has anyone else seen this issue?
She's a regular user of the BI portal and has all the access I think one would need, however, this is her first time trying to do this. She has the system field filled out correctly as well. This is Crystal Reports 2016 SP 8 patch 5.
