Feature ABKRS make decision based on date

We currently have 3 payroll area and are looking into going to 1 payroll area. I need to have ABKRS decide the payroll area based on the date we make the change. So if we convert everyone as of 7/19/2022, if the change is after 7/19/2022 then we want payroll area B but if the change is prior to 7/19/2022, retro change, then I want it to use area A, B or C based on what we had previously set up. Is this possible?
