SAC - How to display a bar chart [Actual N] and [Budget N+1] with inputs control

Hi Everyone,

I would to create a bar chart displaying "Actual N" and "Budget N+1" and give the possibility to users to select with inputs control :

- Input control #1 : Year for Actual

- Input control #2 : Budget scenario

- Input control #3 : Year for budget scenario

I have tried with Restricted measure but i could not link the inputs control.
