SAP Mobile Start - unable to read QR Code

Hi guys,

I'm using SAP Mobile Start with Android, when I try to read the QR Code from my portal, it answers with the following error message:

The format of the application settings is not supported.

The text has been translated from Spanish, so potentially it could be different in English.

Any hints to solve this issue?

Hi Roberto,

Thank you for reaching out. This error message is shown when the app cannot identify the QR Code format. Could you please check if you use the correct Android-specific QR Code from the Launchpad settings?
