Creating HUs and Barcodes after production

Hello, I hope someone can help me with my problem!

I am hoping to create a HU barcode on a product which we produced 2 months ago. We have only just started to need to use the barcode system and we were not originally using it.

Is it possible to create the bar code after production is completed on SAP?
