Bapi IW39 bapi_alm_order_get_detail

I work with an interface that communicates with SAP and in this application I would like to search for a work order without date or other information, but for that I need to know whose data is filtered / reported from SAP.

In my application I would like have the same feature, to be able to search an work order without dates ...

How bapi does work?
