Hello,
When using Web assistant, the question mark (enabling to display the Web assistant) is only present in the Home Page.
Whenever I try to navigate to other pages, the question mark is not visible anymore, i.e the Web assistant is no more available.
Have you encountered that type of issue ?
Many thanks for your answer
Hello Shane,
Thanks for your answer. However the help content is available in all pages.
This content is well visible when we open any page with the editor=true parameter, but it is not visible anymore when we open a page (FIORI) without the editor=true parameter. The content is visible only in Home Page, and disappears when we enter another page.
Have you already encountered such an issue ?
Thanks
Caroline

Hi Caroline,
The issue is likely to be that there is no content for the pages, other than the Home Page. There is a Web Assistant parameter called noHelpMode that can be set to hideButton and if it is, the Web Assistant button is hidden when you enter a page with no content. The easiest way to resolve this is to turn on the editor, using the editor=true parameter. When you then enter a screen with no help content, Web Assistant will display a message indicating that there is no help content for that screen and ask you to create some. You can look at chapter 14 of SAP Companion Integration Guide.
Regards
Shane
