Migrating old RE-Classic data to S/4HANA

Hello SAP RE-Classic Migration Experts,

i have the challenge to migrate old RE-Classic data to a new S/4HANA environment and some questions on client side popping up:

• Is RE classic & RE-FX archiving still working like in ECC ?
• How long are those migrated RE classic tables and archiving objects are supported in the future ?
• What about archiving checks, are they remain the same, like in ECC ?

To give you more input about the specific situation. In the past the client was migrating RE classic data to flexible, but some data and dependencies still remain in RE classic, that's the reason why they want to bring classic data to S/4.

=> And yes, the official SAP statement is:

1. Migrate your RE-Classic data to RE-FX
2. Migrate RE-FX to S/4

Maybe someone have experience, ideas, recommendations regarding my questions.
