C4C - CPI - SCC - ERP Integration Error: Service Ping ERROR: Unauthorized (401)

Hi everyone,

I am trying to connect C4C and CPI. The basic configurations are all set. The communication system is as the CPI URL (<Tenant ID>-rt.cfapps.ap21.hana.ondemand.com). But I am currently stuck in this error.

For the communication arrangements, I used client certificate based authentication. The SAP Business ByDesign System Key Pair in the outbound communication is uploaded to CPI iflow (please see below). But the error is still exists. And there is no message in CPI.

Checked the iflow endpoint is the same as C4C service URL.

Could anyone please advise how to fix this issues? Please ask me for more information if it is not enough. Thanks.

Hello justinchan,

Did you upload the client certificate chain ; M-user certificate, SAP Passport CA G2, SAP Passport Root to the CPI trust list.
