Hi.
I'm having a problem with the barcode font.
Context of the situation:
We use Adobe LiveCycle to create the labels using XDP files, and we use the NetWeaver systems to integrate all the information and others, what happens is that when creating a barcode (UPC, Code 12 or any other that you have human-readable)these are printed with another font totally different from the one that created the barcode.Does anyone have an idea why this could be happening, that the font of the barcode with which the label was designed should be changed.
Note: If I print the label directly to the printer, all the barcode fonts come out correct, as they should be, the problem I am having when the label is integrated into SAPNetWeaver
Could it be that SAP NetWeaver is causing the font change problem??
In the first photo, leave the image of the albel already printed and with the change of font that we are having, and the other two images are from the file as it was created and how it should really look
Hi ericksonarce21 ,
which SAP solution do you use?
We use SAP Business ByDesign and there exists an helppage, where it is listed which fonts are available for the system. One has also the possibility to upload customized fonts via incident to the ADS.
So maybe you have a look such a page for your solution and try another font.
Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to work with barcodes up to now, so maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe also the labelprinter causes the problem? is it capable of printing arial?
