How to generate UUID in abap system

Hi Sap gurus,

I need generate the UUID for abap application server, I read note 1438774, but I don´t know how to generate this number for configure the parameter system/uuid.

Also this blog is not clear how to create UUID https://answers.sap.com/questions/11928657/generating-uuid-in-abap.html
