Unloading partially completed for Inbound delivery, is it because of incomplete Goods receipt

Hi,

We are posting goods receipt in /SCWM/RFUI/. I see the unloading is partially completed, is it because one HU is not moved to staging area, what to look for that made unloading partial. Please assist.

How i can make unloading complete programmatically.
