SAC Number validation

Hello,

I have a requirement to do validation on measures on SAC.

The process is to compare two measures in the table and not to allow the end-user to enter any number greater than the first number.

For example, below let us assume the commitment amount is 500 the system should not allow the user to enter a number greater than 500.
