Hello All,
I need to enable the SAVE button for the CsTicket table like any other table(Customer, Order, etc.). It's hidden for the Customer support role. I couldn't find the reason why. Please have a look at the screenshot attached, there is "display:none" for save and navigations buttons(previous item selector and next item selector buttons)
The reason we want to show is: We are not able to save any fields related to subtypes of CsTicket. For supertype's(CsTicket) fields, it autosaves because for every field there is an editor or decorator for them. We have more than 15 subtypes, so we don't want to end up writing editors for all the attributes(15 subtypes * their own attributes).
Please help me with the below queries.
