My inbox Approval link via email not taking to work item

Hi All

We have a SAP My inbox application and is configured to approve work items from mobile. User will basically get a mail with a link to approve on outlook. When the link is maintained with the direct SAP server hostname its taking to the approval item but when F5 link is maintained then its taking to fiori launchpad home page. In both cases intent navigation is added to the URL. Pls help how to overcome this
