Need to extract Tariff Unit Prices , Standing Charges of Electricity and Gas Tariffs

Hi,

I have a large file of Electricity and Gas Tariff . I need to extract the Unit Prices and standing charges of each Tariff . Can anyone suggest me how to extract these with SE16 table ?
