LP12 vs COR6 transaction

We stage material through LP12 and material is having batch managed.

Batch gets determine during TO creation and picking done.

For example Material A is picked with two different batch . E.g Material 523452 picked Batch ABCD with 10 pcs and EFGH with 20 pcs.

TO confirmed.

While we go for production confirmation through COR6 then it show material 523452 with single line with full qty with single batch.

But if we stage same process through LP10, then i can see two different line with different batch as per picking in COR6 transaction.

I just want to know why such behavior? Why my picking qty with batch is not reflecting in COR6 if i stage through LP12.
