Landing page integration with Wordpress

We are trying to connect a landing page developed on a website built with Wordpress, the landing page has a form to capture potential customers

The problem is that the Marketing - External Landing Page Data Integration (SAP_COM_0342) communication agreement has been configured.

This agreement has a URL of Inbound Services Marketing - Contact (Version 4).

But within it there are no fields to receive standard data such as telephone, mail and name.

Am I using the correct agreement? If so, how can I enable it so that those fields can be seen in that service.

Another question, this integration must go through CPI?
