LMENGEZUB - Qty To Be Posted wrongly updated in inspection lots of origin 17 (MD04)

Hello,

Our client is implementing Quality managament integrated with Embedded EWM in SAP S/4 HANA 2020.

They're using QM and EWM integration without an inspection rule.

The following customizing has been made :

- IOT Version generated and activated :

- Warehouse-Dependent IOT settings :

The issue we're facing is related to the field LMENGEZUB with inspection types 01 and 04. Here are some examples :

1. Inspection type 01 :

This is the data in the generated Inspection lot :

After GR of two partial quantities of 1000 BOX and 50 BOX, the 1st GR of a 1000 BOX was cancelled and the 2nd 50 BOX were moved to unrestricted stock. Quantity to be posted should have been updated to 0 but it remained 1000 => The inspection lot was still showing up in MD04 with the value 1000 in the field "Quantity received or quantity required", until the UD was made.

2. Inspection type 04 :

This is the data in the generated Inspection lot :

In this case, one GR of 50 BOX has been made, but the field "Quantity to be posted" isn't updated. It's only updated starting from the second partial GR => The inspection lot doesn't appear in MD04, unless there's a second GR and the quantity is always off because the 1st GR Qty is never taken into account.

I understand that the field LMENGEZUB is wrongly updated in case of origin 17 inspection lots.

What is the standard behaviour of this field, and what can be done to fix this?
