How to add a row in the item level for 2 fields in ADOBE FORM

We have an requirement to add a row for component and description fields. Please help me how i can achieve this to add a new row for component and merge them.

Hi Chittu,

A simple approach to create an extra line for more data is to bind the table to a subform that is defined as flowed with western text and then fill the form to your specifications.
