How to access API's from SAP API hub using cloud foundry CPI account?

Hi,

We are trying to access one of the API in API business hub. But we couldn't find the tenant management URL for our BTP Cloud foundry CPI account. We tried with CPI runtime URL and it is not working. Could anyone help us how to solve this problem.? Do we really need CPI tenant management URL or is there any workaround?

Note: In the past, I have used Neo CPI tenant management URL (Found the URL in cloud cockpit) to access the API and it was working fine.
