Enterprise portal upgrade to SP23, Pages now opening in new window.

We've just recently upgraded our BW and Enterprise Portal environment to SP23. The issue with the latest upgrade is we have homepages using the "Page" template that before would display the content in the embed frame of the page but now it's wanting to open all the embedded URL iView content in new windows.

This is occurring in both Chromium Edge and Chrome browsers.

Has anyone ran into this issue, and found a solution?

Could you share the portal version detail? it is happening all the portal pages or few page?

I resolved this by following this note and turned off "Force Text Download" option to resolve my issue of it wanting to download URL iViews on a page after the SP23 upgrade in Edge/Chrome.
