Advanced financial closing tasks ID / folder ID change

Hello experts,

I would like to ask if there is any possible way to change task/folder ID in template creation?

When I create folder, delete it and create a new one ID is next in line... Same with the tasks.

Also is it possible to change tasks order after creation?
