Hello Sravan
In terms of ASE itself, you may have to re-install the ASE tree on the new host or, if the old install is available in a shared mount accessible from the new server, you have to update the interfaces files with new host details.
When moving to new hardware, you also have to generate a new license file based on the hardware identifier of the new host. There is no concept of 'migrating' a license.
The process to generate a new license is documented on SAP Portal Sybase Licensing
If you have Support and can access this, KBA 2661354 goes into even more detail on steps and choices.
And there are License FAQs in SAP Sybase tab
Kind regards
Bart
